How long does it take to receive my order?

We proudly produce all our items to order. This also helps our small business to create less waste and avoid overstocking inventory. This does mean we tend to take a few extra business days to ship out, and we kindly appreciate your patience.

Can I expedite my order? 

You can choose the fastest shipping option to expedite your order, but we cannot guarantee any delivery date to meet a deadline. 

Can I cancel an existing order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Our production is queued so an order signals for the goods to be created. However, all orders can be returned with 30 days. 

I just made 2 separate orders, can you combine them?

Unfortunately, once multiple orders are placed they cannot be combined, even if to the same shipping address.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns of goods that are unused and have original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note we do offer a return label service, but do not refund the initial shipping cost when returning an item for a refund.
