When the temperature changes, so does my personality. Since fall is right around the corner, this is your sign to join me in a seasonal ritual - moodboarding. Get the scissors, tape, and buckle up.
I love magazines from any season, any year - from the ones at the checkout line, to the publications hoarded since before you were born. Trust me, you can draw inspiration from any type.
Moodboarding is super therapeutic, and a personal preference whenever I need an outlet. I love where my mind subconsciously takes me during the process. By the end result, I am always feeling more creative, inspired and relaxed.
The rules of moodboarding you may ask? None. I love seeing the crooked tape, the imperfect cuts - all that personality is what makes it unique.
Expert tip: Take the front or back cover of a magazine and use it as your moodboard base. That extra thickness of the page makes for a perfect canvas.
Keep on your desk, or take a photo and put it as your new home screen background.
