- 1 large cucumber
- 1 container of crème fraiche
- 1 container of black caviar, such as lumpfish, sturgeon, etc.
1. Slice cucumber into thick, bite-sized rounds.
2. Add a dollop of crème fraiche to the cucumber round.
3. Using your caviar spoon, top off the round with caviar.
Makes for about 20 caviar bites.
